Working with Sarah on the sale of our property was BY FAR the best experience we have ever had with an agent (we’ve bought and sold 7 times over the years). Having been stuck in WA during covid and faced with a competitive housing market we were worrying about how we would return to the coast to buy our family home. When we saw the listing we loved it, rang Sarah straight away explained our circumstances and she let my parents through to look for us and took the time to talk to us about the property before we made an offer. Those things made a real difference. This is the first home we have bought together for our family, and it was pretty scary for us to have to do that stuck interstate due to the circumstances. I know from my friends on the coast how overwhelming the property market has been, so I appreciate her doing this considering the sheer volume of people she must have had to deal with. Sarah also took time to do our pre settlement handover with mum and dad. We were forced to rent it out for the short term until we could move back over, but it was mainly because of our positive experience with Sarah we chose to engage Belle property to manage the rental.
