We Engaged Sarah to sell our property in Katoomba after having first met her when we purchased the property. On the positive side, I think Sarah’s communication was good throughout the process. She is professional and good to deal with, which is rare among the real estate profession. Of the downside, an initial advertised price that was too high resulted in a slower sale process. Further the initial valuation provided by Sarah was not achieved, and therefore it would be difficult to provide a five-star rating. Overall, I would still recommend Sarah. I think smaller agencies can provide a more personal, professional and value for money service.
