Choosing a house to spend the next phase of your life in is not easy. Sarah was able to convince us that this one was right for us. She explained all the attractions of community life in Glenbrook, the features of the villa we were looking at, and the people living in the complex. Price negotiations are always difficult and something that we personally are not used to.
