Sarah was very helpful from the start sending us any houses we may have liked. When I told her we really needed one that was already fully fenced for our dogs she ended up finding us the one. When we made the offer it all happened very quickly and smoothly even though we were going through Sarah, who was then going through another listing agent to speak to the owner.
