My review though overall apart from being a pleasant one is that between Sarai and my conveyancer there were many additional fee's that were overlooked and not advised to me from the word get go, which has only added stress in my life as a buyer.......so if I didn't have the additional funds it would have been a catastrophe where I could have lost my initial deposit. I think a lot more team work between sales staff and conveyancors needs to happen to ensure that their is full disclosure of all fee's that need to be paid by the buyer especially as a first home buyer otherwise if there is no full disclosure on all associated fee's it could be seen as a scamming situation where home buyers a fooled out of their saved deposits.

Sarai was great from the moment she steps inside our house, her knowledge of the local area was a definite advantage when selling. She respects your decision and will try her very best to achieve more than what you're expecting. Sarai's communication is superb, this is our first time selling and she held our hands from start until the settlement. Please do your self a favor and when selling or buying she is your Real estate agent. sold our house in less than a week.
