When deciding to sell our property, we chose to go with Barry Plant for its market share and local area knowledge. Sash, being a local to the Hillside/Taylors Lake area has a very good local knowledge. He was patient, and nothing was ever an issue for him. Even drove to the CBD for our initial discussions, as that was the only time possible for us as clients. Sash gave us a good insight into a market that was difficult, and provided suggestions that was the most suitable and would provide the best outcome for the property. Sash and Tony opened the property for scheduled viewing, but was also available for private viewing at time that suited the buyers. This flexibility gave more opportunities and provided a wide audience. Given the current market, Sasha and Tony did a great job.
