During the sale of our house, Sash was always courteous and NOT pushy in the slightest. While always suggesting what he considered the best way for advertising, pricing, open inspections, etc, he always left the final decision to us. The best aspect by far however was that Sash did virtually all the negotiation and acted as a kind of pseudo auctioneer (bad terminology on my part) and didn't just come running to us with the first or every offer and heap the pressure on us to make a snap decision. Instead, he professionally negotiated the offers and when there was something concrete to put to us, he eloquently gave us the story and listed the offers that had transpired over the last few days, the sequence of events and finally led into the worthy and genuine offers on the table. So in the end we were presented with various options, the reasons for each and a very clear understanding of our choices. He is the first agent I have had in 30 years who clearly did his job, ie act as our representative for the sale of our house. He shielded us from the pressure of making rash decisions and eventually presented us the facts and choices in a well organised sequence. Whilst the current selling market is fairly active with high demand, Sash negotiated a result nearly $150,000 more than we were expecting and yet Sash made it the easiest and most relaxed sale I have ever undertaken. Even if we had sold for our expected price, my opinion of Sash and the sales team would still be the same.
