Outstanding Result!!

I told Sasha that I wanted $1.1m for my property which I knew was a big ask in a falling market. After the first two to three weeks I didn't think it was going to happen. Sasha keep in regular contact, explaining each buyers situation, telling me of the offers that were below $1.1m. At no point did he try to convince me to lower my expectations and take a lower offer. He stayed focused on achieving the asking price. It was hard work and persistence from Sasha that finally got the asking price of $1.1m. I am very happy with Sasha's communication from start to finish and extremely happy with the final result. I would be very happy to use Sasha to sell my next property and would happily recommend him to others.

Best Real-estate Agent Ever!
