Scott answered very professionally in all the situations and knew the market and identify the real value of my property despite being in one side of the suburb where sales were not so high. Scott has also accommodated very well the cultural difference and my expectations. There were some break in communications which could very easy justify him to be frustrated. However , he handled very well. I would recommend Scott to any person keen to sale their house at a certain value.
