Scott has sold our investment property recently. The property was already rented and Scott advised us to terminate the lease of the tenants which will help us to attract more buyers. But we didn't listened to him as we didn't want to pay the rent till we sell the property. After few months the tenants terminated the lease and we renovated the property as per Scott's recommendation. We received the 1st offer within 30 days of renovation.
