From the start they listened to what we wanted and let us go at our own pace as we requested an off-market approach as we were struggling with selling our family property after 20 years. They communicated with us daily, so we were aware of exactly what was happening when and worked around our work schedules which often meant poor Mel was working well after hours with never a complaint.
