Absolutely loved 🥰 dealing with the team from Baileys. Melanie was our girl & right from the get go & nothing was a problem. Always on top of things & keeping us in the loop. We highly recommend Mel & the tram from Baileys, a pleasure to deal with. We sold & brought our new property through them
Who say's things have to be stressful? The Bailey team provided the BEST communication, support & guidance throughout the entire process of our farm sale. Their expertise and knowledge of the rural market & local area is un-comparable, we are so grateful we had it on our side. We cannot thank Scott and the team enough!!
We have been fortunate enough to have experienced dealing with Scott, Max and the team at Bailey’s for many decades now. Recently Scott and Melanie sold one of our much loved property’s for us. They were extremely informative, professional, personal and reassuring, assisting in making the process for us easy, stress free and comfortable. As a result, we will always continue to have the pleasure of dealing with Scott and his staff at Bailey Property and Livestock for future endeavours
From the outset Scott and his Team were fantastic. They arranged a wonderful marketing package , with stunning graphics and information flow. Melanie Sunderland was enthusiastic , professional and efficient and we felt that we were extremely fortunate to have her in the pivotal marketing role. Thank you Mel , Scott and Baileys for an excellent job.
Communication was great from the start. We got the result we wanted with no fuss. A local family owned business and one of the best in the area.
Baileys were excellent when we sold our home. Very patient, helpful and professional! We wouldn’t use anyone else! The are also very lovely local people who have a great understanding of the property market!
From the moment we started communicating via email, Scotts passion for Real Estate and the local area was apparent. When we met Scott at the property for an inspection, he was sitting at the entry point ready to greet us in his personal side by side. He was highly organised and had two sets of brochures, maps and other relevant information for us. We drove around for hours, stopping, chatting, exploring, asking questions (all of which were answered on the spot) and not once were we hurried along or cut short. Scotts enthusiasm and passion for our property and our local area was infectious. We were 100% sure that we wanted to purchase the property during that first inspection. We were given names and other contacts that will be beneficial to us going forward and Scott also offered to be a continued source of information for us into the future. We can not thank you enough for making our dream come true and we look forward to working with you in the future. Kind regards Victoria
Renae and Scott were very genuine and professional, and really wanted the best for us as we were selling our family home of 17 years. We felt a strong level of trust and honesty from the start to finish of selling our property. The team was reliable, respectful and very warm and friendly. The advice we got about the market was realistic and we felt that our home was in experienced hands. Thankyou Renae, Scott and the team for a very successful and stress free sale 😊

We cannot thank Mel, and the team, enough for helping us finally find our new property! After 4 unsuccessful auctions, Mel kept us in mind whenever anything popped up which lead us to our first successful win at an auction! Mel has been amazing to deal with, professional as well as being very personable and I hope to see her for a drink on our deck very soon! Thankyou again to the Baileys team!
