Scott was fantastic to work with. From the very beginning he was extremely thorough and professional. We really appreciated him taking the time to talk at length with us before we had even hired him about the process and it was evident that he knew the area and the likely potential buyers etc. We had a very short timeframe to work in and Scott was extremely organised and communicative. We always felt like a top priority and we had complete confidence that he would be able to meet the necessary deadlines in order to start our campaign at the necessary time. He was able to organise several excellent tradesmen to complete work at sometimes less than 24 hours’ notice and the quality of their work was exceptional. It really took the pressure off us to have him project manage all of this, as we are living interstate.
