Having to sell a family home of 40 years with memories imbedded for a lifetime, was hard to say the least but Scott with his friendly manner and the the understanding of the task ahead, made the difficult and emotional process uncomplicated. Understanding our expectations he was able to assist with feedback in each step. Scott sent texts after each showing with the number of groups to inspect the house, feedback with clients wanting further inspections, number of contracts issued and notice if a prospective wanted a private inspection.
