I recently purchased a Manufactured home in Kingfisher Gardens T’mba The purchase itself was easy enough. However due to the complexity of the contract it didn’t go smoothly at all because it didn’t fall into the standard REIQ contract and required a specialist in conveyancing. He spoke with the manager of the complex. Scott stayed consistent, connected, and helpful in every step of the process and learning about this helped me as well. I almost pulled out because I got overwhelmed. It took sometime to get an agent to assist us and Scott helped and all the time it took just to get a contract written.
