Through John selling my parent's home, I meet Scott. At the time it was a little foreign to us to have a team of 2 selling a property! Early January this year contact was made with Scott regarding a possible property for our daughter. It was a lovely to again meet up with Scott a few years later. Scott's gentleman nature combined with very knowledgeable real estate experiences, kept shining through all the time as we navigated a difficult waiting period for our daughter's settlement to occur on her chosen purchase. Scott was on time. He knew all the relevant details for the unit being inspected. He allowed freedom to inspect without crowding but always on hand to answer the many questions. He had a working relationship with the owner of the unit, he was pleasant and informative. He worked hard for the seller and also for the buyer. He answered all communications efficiently and smartly.

Very professional, experienced and helpful. Had lots of knowledge of Toowoomba real estate, and secured a sale price of $50k more than we listed at.
