Tony and Donna Recently we decided to put our house on the market to sell. We have lived in New Farm for 25 years and have used Ray White New Farm to sell a couple of units in the past and always found them to be professional. We did some research to find out who we thought would be the best agents to sell our house and after talking with a few people including colleagues from other Ray White offices - Scott, Ivo and the team are who we decided on. On meeting with Scott for the first time we found him to be professional, he has good market knowledge and a warm and friendly approach. We signed with him straight away. Following on from the first meeting we then meet with Ivo and the Team. Scott and Ivo have different styles/approach but they really complement each other. Ivo is laid back, calm and friendly. My dealings with Scott were excellent. I am a difficult client that is typically untrusting of real estate agents as I am one myself. Everything about the way Scott handle and the sale of my property, including they way he handled me was brilliant. He promised a lot and delivered even more. It was evident that Scott has a large pool of buyers that trust him and are willing to work with him. His ability to educate, inform and keep buyers makes him an outstanding agent. I must also applaud his competent support team.
I was a little sceptical around "Real Estate" agents prior to meeting with Scott, but I have to say as a buyer the whole experience was pleasurable. I recognise and accept that on the whole the agent works for the seller as opposed to the buyer, but I never felt as if Scott was not being fair and reasonable. I would recommend him as an agent again, and if we chose to sell, we would use him.
