Being a first time home buyer in Australia felt like a daunting task to undertake - from first viewing of the property Scott had the ability to put you at ease. He was happy to answer the million questions we had and he offered suggestions along the way. Once negotiations started his level of communication and his efficiency was second to none, He really made feel it as though had both the sellers and our best interest at heart (saying this as I really meant it, I had the impression agents were only in it for the sellers and that is so not the case with Scott!!). Scott went above an beyond at every possible step and there would be to many examples to try and pick the best however we feel we got exactly with we thought we were getting, nothing was hidden or covered up for the sale.
