When I was considering going on the market, Scott paid a visit and suggested the things I might like to consider doing to the home. I rented a storage unit and removed the clutter. I made sure the gardens looked good and attended to a few odd jobs. Then after Easter we went on the market. Scott showed me the sales of similar properties in the area and suggested a price to go with. I decided I would like to go for more and he allowed me to proceed. After 2 weeks I realised that my price was too high and came down to his suggested price and that weekend we had an offer and we signed the sale.
