Scott demonstrated why good real-estate agents earn income. In the first few weeks when enquiry was slow Scott quickly made recommendations to a change of strategy to get more people through the property. With in a week we had multiple offers. Even when the first one fell over due to finance he immediately re-engaged the other offer and secured a better price. Scott then kept us fully informed to the progress of the completion of sale attending all the bank valuations and building inspections. He working right up to the day the funds settled and went into our account. Can not recommend him highly enough if you are looking at selling or buying in the Windaroo and Mt Warren Park areas as he really does know the market.
