My trust in Scott Falconer in the purchase of my late mothers estate.

Having been put in a very difficult position of wanting to buy out other beneficiaries in my late mothers estate at auction I had to trust Scott Falconer to give me accurate and unbiased information. As one of three registered bidders I knew that Scott's roll was to work in the best interest of the vendor (The Executor) but because of my trust in Scott I was the highest bidder and I secured the property for my family.
