Scott absolutely went above and beyond to ensure that the sale of our house was not only smooth but also got the maximum for our property. We are remote sellers and having Scott on the ground and working with us made the process seem less and maximised our sale. Scott made suggestions on the best way to market and while at first I might of thought it was too much, I trusted Scott and I must say that I don't feel we would of achieved the result we did without the smart marketing and work we did.
