Scott set up a Whatsapp group as soon as we decided to go with him and he was virtually in constant contact with us right from the start. He didn't hassle us to get the house ready or to spend money, whether it be on fixing the house for sale, or for marketing. He let us go at our own pace. He gave really good, accurate advice on what to do and what not to do. And he is genuinely excited when things get to the pointy end and the offers start coming in. He's a truly professional agent and I don't have a single complaint about the entire process. Getting a price over what we'd hoped was the cherry on top.
