Scott's just sold our investment property and we live out of the area so it was important that we found someone we could trust, who we felt would go the extra mile. After speaking with a number of agents, we went with Scott. Unlike all of the larger, well known companies it was apparent from the start that we weren't just a number with Scott, he had genuine sales skills and offered a hands on, personal approach. His marketing and commission rate was also one of the best offers we reviewed. Being a new build, we had a few issues which needed rectifying by the builder alongside regular mowing of the lawns.
