Scott Thank you very much for all the hard work you did to get my house sold.

I have found Scott easy and helpful to deal with during the total process. He has been proven accurate with the valuation, achieving our desired price. I can recommend him to others for his honest approach.

THINK THE PROPERTY SOLD TO LOW

Comfortable in Scott's company and very confident he was giving us good information regarding our purchase.

Great agent knew he's stuff an was very friendly

We purchased a property from Scott and right from the beginning we found him to be professional in all his dealings with us .Scott was straightforward and reliable and any inquiries we had they were handled efficiently. If in the future we decide to purchase any other properties we certainly will be using Scott and his team .

We have had an investment property for over 15 years which has been managed by Scott and his team at Triple Lakes Real Estate, originally at Gwandalan before they moved to their present location at Summerland point. We have been very happy with their property management services, always keeping an eye on the tenants and the condition of the property. They were always letting us know if anything needed to be repaired and always kept us full informed about rental payments. When we decided to sell the property, Scott went about marketing the place and we were again kept informed about possible enquiries, inspections and interest in viewing the property. It has since sold and again thanks to Scott and the team , contracts were exchanged very promptly. Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott and the staff at Triple Lakes Real Estate has been very professional, friendly and very easy to do business with. We wish them continued success. Rick and Carolyn Jullienne.
