We found Scott to be awesome to deal with, he was always happy to answer any questions we had. Scott put us completely at ease which was good, he followed up on anything we needed to know, he negotiated fantastically to get us the price we had set. With the owners being overseas it took a bit longer than usual with negotiations but Scott kept us in the loop and up to date with anything that was happening. Scott just made the whole experience of buying a house really easy and great, he put us in contact with the different people we would need during this process IE: conveyances, building inspector, and so; on which was fantastic. His knowledge of the house and the area was great. We feel he went over and above the requirement of his job, very easy to chat to and we had confidence in him at all time. He was supportive when we were "down" 9 our property was a "niche" offering and as such did not sell quickly, this we expected but still we got a bit dispirited at times We consider ourselves luck to have been looked after by Scott and highly recommend him to any prospective client
