Great price, simple process

Scott secured us a great price on the sale of our one bedroom unit in Dickson. He listened to our needs and ensured our sales strategy aligned with our own interests and personal circumstances. He made the whole process as simple and pain-free as possible which - as time-poor out-of-state sellers - was enormously valuable to us. So much character and nothing was ever an issue

Scott helped us purchase an apartment while stuck in hotel quarantine. A very unusual circumstance to purchase a property without seeing it but he helped throughout the experience with 2 video calls, many text messages and emails. With properties selling very quickly in Canberra, We wouldn’t have found a property before the end of the year if he wasn’t so helpful.

Outstanding Service

As an interstate buyer, having no knowledge of the Canberra Market, Scott went above and beyond. He made contact after hours and was happy to answer all my questions. His guidance and assistance through this purchase was exceptional. Scott also assisted with purchasing some second hand furniture to furnish the appartment. He has also recommended removalists handyman and painters and even a Conveyancing lawyer all without predudice. Have never even met the man he is exceptionally friendly and I believe we have built great rapport. Amazing Agent!!
