But most important I felt that this sale was personally important to him and that he would be working 24/7 on selling my property and that nothing would be too difficult. He promised to sell my property within two weeks at the price that I wanted. And he did exactly that. He was in touch with me constantly throughout the sale period, a minimum of twice a day, if not more. Selling can be a very tense for the vendor. But I didn't have a moment's worry. I knew Scott would sell my property because he was selling it as if it was his own. I have been buying and selling properties for over thirty years and this has been the most pleasurable of those selling experiences.
