We met Scott at an open home at a property we were considering in the Hastings area. That property wasn't right for us, but Scott asked us a few questions about what we were looking for, immediately understood our objectives and needs, and recommended we inspect the property at Forrest. His assessment of our needs, his understanding of the market, and his pragmatic advice as to matching those has proven accurate. We bought our first home from Scott in June this year. We had been seriously looking for about 4 months and it felt like we had spent every waking hour looking online and going to open houses. We were really struggling with the unpredictable nature of auctions and constantly disappointed that houses were selling way above our means. We were also struggling to find a real estate agent who was willing to take some time to help us learn the lay of the real estate land. This is when we met Scott. Up to 40 on one occasion so he could be sure he didn't miss a possible buyer (I asked a different agent to call all groups on another sale and he told me he didn't have time to do that!) Scott is interested in understanding the market, the seller and the buyers to achieve the best price as the selling agent. He is client motivated and will ask a lot of questions to understand your motivation for selling and what you need.
