Wow! I recently sold my home in 2 weeks with Scott Kim, from Scott Kim Real Estate. I had interviewed other agents but right from the start Scott Kim put me at ease and answered all my questions. I truly felt like I was in safe, trustworthy and caring hands. The whole sales process was very efficient from having my home photographed thru to inspections and the sale negotiations and contract of sale signing. I was kept informed every step along the way. My calls were always returned promptly and any questions or concerns were answered. Scott Kim did a fantastic job selling my house in 2 weeks for a price that exceeded my expectations. We negotiated a house purchase through Scott Kim. We found the agent to be professional, pleasant, and went out of his way to ensure it was a smooth transition for both parties.

Reflecting on this incredibly frustrating experience, I'm filled with anger and dismay. As ordinary buyers, we put in significant effort and resources to buy a house, only to face a shocking situation at settlement. On the day we were supposed to get the keys to our new home, we learned that the previous homeowner still had a set. This shows unbelievable irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. We fully paid for the house, expecting a smooth transition, but the agent proceeded without all the keys and let the former homeowner leave, showing a clear disregard for our interests. The state of the house was appalling. The front yard was littered with rubbish, and the inside was worse, with trash everywhere, water and garbage in the laundry room, refuse in the bedroom cabinets, and half-eaten food in the kitchen. It was a complete mess, totally opposite to the home we anticipated. The agency had a duty to ensure we received all keys and that the property was clean. They failed miserably. Trying to reach the selling agent proved futile, with only a meaningless apology from the agency's front desk. I regret ever dealing with this agency and would strongly advise others to avoid them. This experience is not just infuriating but a reminder to always protect our rights against such unacceptable behavior.
