I am so relieved to have had such an amazing experience. For me it was a unique situation, one that could be totally amazing or a deal breaker. Scott lister is a very dear friend. So it was a given when we came to make such a massive change in our life, needing the best money we could get to progress forward in our life, we would need the best agent in town. Some people would think your best friend selling your house is a blessing. But it can also create opportunity for floors, opportunity for your best friend/agent to slack off, to cut corners, to not do all the generic calls, follow ups and feed backs.
