We wanted to sell our home in October 24, but after a conversation with Scott and Carmen, we decided to wait and fix up a few things to get the price we wanted. They were right! After tenants, the house needed a spit polish, trim and a paint. Scott even lent us his hedge trimmer! We worked hard over 2 weeks and once done we got the price we wanted after the first open home.
