Scott's local knowledge was a plus, his contacts were very helpful. The property sold pretty much exactly how Scott said it would in a very short order of time. The price was a little off expectation but we were experiencing a once in a lifetime rain event, during a federal election just as interest rates began to rise. All up, a very pleasing result considering Scott and I never met, I remained in Sydney for the entire process. Scott kept me updated regularly and we talked often about the progress of the sale.
