About Scott

Starting his real estate career in beautiful Noosa Heads as an 18 year old straight out of school, Scott quickly progressed from property management to sales before venturing into commercial real estate on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. He moved to Melbourne in 1989 and two years later joined hockingstuart, setting up the commercial division. Scott was heavily involved in the early days of Melbourne's apartment boom before opening the hockingstuart Carlton office in 1997 and subsequently the Brunswick and Northcote offices, helping hockingstuart establish a strong foothold in the inner-north suburbs. Now heading up the office responsible for Melbourne's fast growing CBD, Scott is impressed by the growth in city living with its ideal blend of commercial, retail and residential properties, believing that it's this dynamic mix that has been instrumental in Melbourne winning the acclaimed “World's Most Liveable City” award. It is Scott's assertion that real estate agents carry a huge responsibility to look after property assets on behalf of their clients, whether it is leasing an investment property or selling the family home. It's a responsibility he takes seriously. Real estate is an emotional business so Scott is always honest and transparent in his dealings with clients. His extensive experience and commitment to offering the very best of agency services helps them relax. Outside real estate Scott is a keen cyclist, golfer and cook. He loves preparing meals for his wife Lisa and their three teenage daughters.
