Scott began his Real Estate career in 1998 after 15 years at the South Gippsland Sentinel-Times newspaper. Raised on a Krowera dairy farm, Scott moved to Korumburra at age 17 and is well known throughout the area, particularly amongst the sporting community being a life member of the Korumburra Cricket Club, playing over 150 games with the Bena Football Club and still heavily involved as Vice-President and coach with Korumburra Basketball Association. When not showing property you will probably find Scott on a basketball court somewhere. Scott and wife Nadine built their first home in Korumburra in 1999 and have been there ever since, raising their 2 children, Nick and Sophie, both attending Korumburra Primary School and Korumburra Secondary College. Scott has been a fully licensed agent since 2007 and is one of the longest serving Real Estate agents in the Korumburra area. His farming background and knowledge of the local area is a tremendous asset when it comes to selling property in our region. Over the 20 years spent in the real estate industry in Korumburra there are not too many properties Scott has not visited or sold or in some cases sold multiple times. Scott and the Alex Scott & Staff company have been major contributors to the Korumburra and surrounding community for many years, sponsoring sporting clubs, schools and local events. Scott McKenzie has provided me with outstanding service from the get go. From the moment I attended my first open for inspection, he has been responsive, friendly and incredibly professional. I have now purchased a place he and his colleague Christie listed and it has been nothing but easy to work with them - even when special requests have been made - nothing has been too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If more real estate agents took a leaf from Scott's book it would make the process of purchasing a place more enjoyable.
