From when i first contacted Jack he was very well educated on the area and knew his target market, he guided us very professionally through all the stages of the sale and between Jassy and himself they did an excellent job of selling our property.

Jack was lovely to work with. Very friendly and helped everything move along as smooth as possible. Sometimes a little hard to get ahold of but would always get back to us.

Excellent Communication and Easy to deal with. Acted with professionalism and also provided excellent advice about the property. It was a straight forward experience and would recommend to anyone selling or buying.

I sold my house without ever meeting, calling, or even spotting my agent in the wild and somehow, they sold it off‑market faster than I can find my car keys. Zero open homes, zero stress, zero effort on my part. If this is real estate in the 21st century, I’m a fan. Five stars for the world’s most mysteriously effective agent I’m still not sure they exist, but the money sure does!

Jack listens carefully to what u as the seller want and is able to impart his market knowledge and general advice with a friendly but clear air.
