We selected Scott Mitchell given our past experience with the purchase of our first home in Hervey Bay. This time we used Scott for the purchase of our second home and sale of our first home. Whilst we did not get what we hoped for our house we were very happy with Scott and Katrina and would use them again should the need arise again in the future.

Extremely professional, honest and helpful. Nothing was a problem for Scott. Some months after our sale we received a refund check for advertising, that was not required, Very impressed!

Great staff alway keep you informed about your property..Would go any were else.

We met Katrina one of the many open homes we attended. We had a lovely chat. We thought, “Ok, that’s that!”. About a week later we had a call from Scott asking if we were still looking for a home. He said he may have something that ticks our boxes, not on the market yet but thought we may be interested. Turns out he was correct. That property is now our home. Katrina listened and took on board the type of property we were looking for (not only the property but location as well) and conveyed that to Scott. They are a great couple, professional, knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. We would recommend them in an instant.

Scott and Katrina were extremely helpful to us in our search for a new home. The written and digital information that they provided in respect of the property that we eventually purchased through them was very informative and precise in it's detail. At all times during the purchase process, Scott and Katrina were readily available to answer and quickly resolve any problems that we encountered, no matter how small. We were so impressed with their professionalism and market knowledge that we listed our own property with them for sale. I would thoroughly recommend Scott and Katrina to any prospective Buyer or Seller.

Thank you for a great result, with no marketing necessary.

Helpful from the start of our property search. Great local knowledge. Whole process ran smoothly and very happy with new purchase.

Thanks Scott & Katrina for handling the sale of our property at River Heads we were very happy with the way you handled our sale, from start to finish you kept us informed and took all the stress off us with your professionalism, we would not hesitate to use you again or recommend you to our friends, great outcome.

Scott has sold three properties for my wife and I and we have always found his service to be first class. Highly recommended.

Scott & Katrina are amazing agents! Nothing we asked for was too much trouble, they were available when we needed them and offered great service with a smile every time. Will most certainly recommend them to family and friends

Scott knows the area well, applied his experience and skills to best effect and was unfailingly supportive of me during the process of sale. He worked to full capacity to find the right buyer and was always available for advice. He gave honest feedback and kept me right up to date through to settlement. Scott is a real and trust-worthy professional. I will recommend him to friends and commend Mitchells to anyone interested in buying or selling in Hervey Bay.

Helpful, went out of his way to help me as I am from a different state and didn't know the Queensland laws, Great local knowledge.
