We were impressed with Scott's honesty and friendly way of doing business. We couldn't get to see the property prior to making an offer so relied heavily on his assessment of the property and his honesty. I would recommend Scott to anyone who is interested in buying or selling a property in and around dundowran Beach
Scott and Katrina made a difficult process very manageable from wo to go. Both Scot and Katrina were very accessable at all times which was greatly appreciated. We were kept closely informed of the process every step of the way, with the best possible outcome of selling the house prior to auction.
Sold my house in a week of being advertised for a better price than I hoped for. Very happy I chose Mitchell's.
In the difficult time of selling your late Mothers family home, Scott mad the process a lot easier. He kept us informed every step of the way and achieved a prompt and and acceptable result.
I was looking for a quick settlement and Scott was able to make this happen for me. We were in our new home a week before Christmas just as we wanted. Communication was great and Scott was prompt in replying to any questions I had reguarding the property I was buying.
Definitely not the hardest sale for Scott but any dealings throughout the Sale were handled professionally, politely and proficiently! Will be testing Scott's expertise more fully very shortly and will disclose results in my next review!
Scott had our property under contract the same weekend it was listed. His communication was always prompt and he ensured we were well-informed throughout the sale. Scott was very generous with his time, followed-up all requests and made selling our home a very easy process. Very professional, highly recommend.
We found Scott to be pleasurable to deal with. Everything went smoothly, and he was always willing to provide any assistance if and when required. Highly recommended.
Scott and Katryna kept us very well informed throughought the whole transaction and completed the sale without any complications. As "Newbies" to Hervey Bay, Their assistance was invaluable when asked to recommend trade people for the various requirements we had, all of whom responded quickly to our requests. A big thank you for the lovely gift we received from Scott and his team upon settlement. A very positive start to our new life in Hervey Bay.
Scott has been great to deal with, does what he says he going to do and achieved a great sales result for us.
