Scott , Katrina and their lovely staff are fantastic. The dedication they showed to selling our house and the effort they put in was amazing. We would highly recommend Mitchell Realty for anyone wanting an honest dedicated agent to sell their property. Great job guys 👌😊
What can we say! My husband and I had flown up from Melbourne to Hervey Bay for a weekend to search for quality properties. We were absolutely impressed with Scott and his team as they are genuine professionals who have a strong knowledge of the local area and our best interest at heart. Scott listened to what we wanted in a home and did not waste our time inspecting properties we weren't interested in. From the get go Scott made the whole process from multiple inspections to settlement smooth sailing. We could not ask for more in a real estate agent, Scott you ticked all of the boxes and we are delighted in our new address. Thanks for all of your support it was a pleasure dealing with you and meeting a professional local.
Firstly we would like to say a massive thankyou to Scott and Katrina for the amazing job they done selling our property. Scott was brilliant with his service from start to finish. The best part of dealing with scott, Katrina and Mitchells Real Estate was that the whole crew is all so so friendly and made us feel like part of the family. Scott managed to get us the best possible price for the market condition's. His communication with us was faultless throughout the whole process which I believe is one of the biggest positives when selling your largest asset. On conclusion thanks again for the amazing service and outcome I would reccomend you to anyone ever looking to buy or sell. Merry christmas and happy new year. Aaron, Suellen and fam
Even though both the principal agents were away at the time of my purchasing the property, the fill in staff Christabelle and Lauren looked after the contract exchange very professionally.
I found Scott Mitchell to be very professional and helpful during the whole buying process from start to finish.
My husband and I had a great experience dealing with Scott from Mitchell's Real Estate. Nothing seemed to much trouble and it was always followed through with a smile and enthusiasm. There was no heavy push to buy or car salesman tactics which enabled us to gain trust in what Scott was telling us about the home. I would highly recommend this agent to anyone seeking to buy their new home.
If you are seriously wanting to buy or sell real estate around Hervey Bay then you cannot go past Mitchells Realty. This family owned real estate business will certainly look after you. Scott is a down to earth guy and knows the value of property in the local area. His knowledge of what people like and dislike in the market is an added bonus. The team at Mitchells are No. 1 in the bay.
We purchased the house through Scott and didn't hesitate to use them to sell the house for us when we decided to relocate. Great people to deal with.
Great realestate to deal with. Nothing to hard. Always returns phone calls. Personalised service. Made purchasing our property so simple.
Mitchell's Reality made buying our first home so easy! Everyone we spoke to was always happy to answer any questions we had and were very helpful by talking us through some of the more complicated steps of purchasing a house. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided us.
Have worked with Scott a few times over the years and always had a positive experience. Scott is straight to the point and doesn't over promise or set unrealistic expectations which too many realestate agents can do. Was flexible and able to communicate electronically which was appreciated. Highly recommend.
An agent that delivers - how refreshing ! We couldn't be happier with Scott and Katrina and their team. After having a difficult experience with another agent we listed with Scott and Katrina and they delivered in every area. It was such a pleasure and relief to have a team on board that kept us in the loop and delivered on their promises. Thanks guys! Craig & Chrissy
