We recently purchased our property in Urangan through Mitchell Realty and found Scott Mitchell to be thorough and reliable. Our negotiations with the seller through Scott proceeded without a hitch and we are now settling into our new address. Many thanks Scott.
Scott & Katrina were fantastic when selling our property. They were on the same page as us, worked to get the price we wanted and kept us informed all the time. They were always friendly and well presented.
Scott and Katrina from Mitchell's Realty Hervey Bay were fantastic to work with during the recent purchase of our property. They were friendly and engaging from the outset with a great knowledge of the local real estate market. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they met us several times out of hours to arrange further inspections and clarify outstanding questions we had. They were courteous and professional during the negotiation process and even stored our car and furniture for us while we awaited settlement. Thoroughly recommend them to any prospective buyers.
Selling my brothers property under POA. Good ongoing feedback and kept us in the loop at all times. Market response slow at start but Scott brought it home in the end with a very good result for my brother. Greatly appreciated his effeorts and would definitely recommend and would use again.
... efficient, professional good adviser. I recommend this real estate.
Would use again and most definitely recommend him to others. Thank you for making this move a success and obtaining access to tradies for us.
I was impressed with Scott Mitchell from Mitchells Realty as they fully updated me on the process of the sale each week. Their marketing and particularly the open house each weekend of which they eventually sold my unit. As a seller it does get frustrating when nothing comes of them but to be comprehensively updated each week relieves that pressure and their persistance with it paid off in the end. Thank you Scott and Katrina and i would recommend them to anyone selling a home.
Very professional, Great service, great marketing, resulting in a quick sale of our home, very happy.
Got us a good result in a short time. Scott and his team know what they are talking about.
As an out of area purchaser, I needed to ensure that everything was in place before travelling to inspect this property. Right from the very first phone call, Scott and the team were so accommodating to ensure I had all the information required to make an informed decision on the day to move forward. Late night emails & txts were always addressed immediately and without issue. I would recommend the team at Mitchells Realty and have enjoyed the buying experience with them. Thank you Scott, I love my new home and look forward to the move in the future. Regards Denise
We are from Germany, never came to Australia before and had to sell a property in Hervey Bay. Scott and his team provided us with great support and service, letting the entire project went very smooth and uncomplicated. Thank you so much!
Scott provided us with all information regarding the property, extra photos, communicated with conveyancer and kept us informed at all times. This was a sight unseen purchase, we had full trust in his ability to provide us with all relevant information and documentation on the purchase.
