I really needed the extra support at the time of the sales and they delivered in spades. I was purchasing in Victoria at the same time and the service in VIC was absolutely woeful, particularly in comparison to the impeccable service by Scott & Team. My VIc agent didn't even have Docusign whereas Harris has been paperfree for years - says it all really!
