We were most impressed with Scott’s management of our sale. He was readily available to discuss all our concerns and went above and beyond, obligingly offering inspections at short notice on a number of occasions. He was “up front” and had a very sound knowledge of the market. Perhaps one example might be that unit 9 recently sold for $857k. In discussions with Scott he said that the 2 balconies in unit 9 (our unit had none) was probably worth about $50k to the sale price. Our unit sold for $807k! Steph and I are extremely happy with the whole experience from McGraths and especially Scott’s manner and efforts.
