After a very thorough selection process a few years ago, I chose Scott as my agent, and he has now helped me with selling a number of properties. He is honest about his expectations, offers a lot of realistic advice along the way, and, above all, is a pleasure to work with. This particular property was a partially stripped-out house that was ready for a renovation, and in hindsight, given Scott's architectural experience, I do not think that I could have made a better choice in agent; he saw a lot of potential in the property, and this excitement was reflected in beautifully-worded promotional materials. I can only imagine that potential buyers would have also appreciated having someone with this expertise to discuss their ideas with. Communication via email, SMS, and phone was excellent. I never felt rushed when speaking with Scott, and he was happy to my hear my thoughts. Along with several planned open inspections, Scott and his colleagues organised a number of private inspections (almost on a daily basis), and I was always kept up-to-date about buyer impressions.
