Scott was so friendly and helpful and made our purchase as first home buyers as smooth as possible. Scott walked us through the initial inspection providing knowledge about the property and answering any questions we had, he kept us up to date the whole process and was very professional. We are very grateful we had Scott as our agent to purchase our home. Highly recommend!
Scott helped me buy my first home. He was a lovely, professional agent who knows the local area around Lambton so well. He was incredibly communicative and I would 100% recommend him.
Scott Richardson of Elders Real Estate Newcastle & Lake Macquarie listed our father's property and received the first worthwhile offer within 24 hours! Scott made the whole process transparent and easy for us as the vendors. His entire approach was 100% professional. Scott communicated promptly with us at every step. We highly recommend Scott Richardson and the team from Elders Real Estate Newcastle & Lake Macquarie.
As first home buyers we have been looking for a home for the last five months. We were becoming exhausted with the process, until we met Scott! From the first open house Scott has been nothing but transparent which gave us the confidence to buy a home which we love. Scott’s communication has been excellent making the process easy and stress free. To top it off my father who is naturally skeptical of real estate agents commented that Scott is the nicest agent he has ever met! 10/10 highly recommended.
Scott was great to deal with throughout the whole process. His knowledge of the property and surrounding area was very helpful in our decision to purchase. His communication was excellent and was always available to take our call.

From the first point of contact Scott was very helpful and sincere in the process of purchasing this property. He was genuinely invested in the best outcome from not only his vendors but myself. Nothing was every an impossible ask, he was contactable out of hours and kept across all of the details even after contracts were exchanged. Honest, friendly and very reliable. Highly recommend.
Scott took care of the sale for us and had great communication through every step of the way. It was a great outcome. He was always there when we needed to chat about the next step or give us his professional advice. It was surprisingly stress free and sold so quickly. We had rented our property with Elders for about 15 years so it was so great to stay with them for the sale of the property as they had so much knowledge about it over the years. Thank you so much Scott. You made this so easy for us and was very much appreciated.
