Scott helped the reviewer sell this property

Could not be happier!

I was selling an investment Scott and Christian facilitated the recent sale of my investment property in Mitchelton. Even before Scott was appointed as the agent to sell the property, Christian was great at keeping in contact with me during the period after the tenants were given notice e.g. advising me of sale prices of comparable properties, giving advice about the work that needed to be done to present the property for sale. I just wanted a quick sale at a fair price, and Scott delivered this in spades. There were a number of offers from the first open house, one of which I accepted. The house had been on the market for only a week. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. Support was given to organise a few jobs that needed doing. Scott's knowledge of the local area is evident. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
