Had a major problem with the installation of an air con unit as part of settlement. Scott was prompt in regards to answering any messages I had and I do appreciate his follow-ups on this matter. For future reference though, if a house is under contract, it would be preferable for the agent to cancel future inspections in respect to the purchaser.
