While my property was sold and the process was fine. I highly recommended to my partner to sell her property. This contract was signed it went unconditional and then the ultimate mistake was made. The keys were handed to the buyer over a week before settlement and we still had belongings in the property. The office was slow in responding to our concerns and left us extremely disappointed with the whole process .
