He advised us on positioning furniture to ensure the house looked open, he arranged several photo shoots to ensure the photos weren’t of our house in the rain and on open days even brought his blower vac to help us with the leaves on our garden! His knowledge of the area was second to none which was an asset on open days along with giving him great insight into what we could expect to get as a sale price.
