From his initial house appraisal, Scott offered many practical tips to prepare our property for sale. He demonstrated a wealth of knowledge of the local market and gave a realistic idea of price range. After we actioned his suggestions we invited Scott back for another appraisal and he confirmed and anticipated price and was confident of selling the house in a timely manner. After signing Scott up, he swung into action and arranged a first open inspection the next weekend. He kept us fully advised regarding interest and eventual offers.
