After putting in an offer, Sean was in touch with us multiple times to let us know the next steps/where things were up to - whilst our offer wasn't accepted in the end, I felt that the process was open and clear. As it turns out, the first buyer fell through and Sean was immediately in contact with us to see if we were still interested. Of course we were! Sean organised all the relevant paperwork and meetings very efficiently, and again was professional and approachable throughout. I'm sure his quick work to secure us would have been a huge relief to the vendor/s. Due to the long delay between the initial open and our agreed settlement date Sean also worked with the vendor/s to arrange another visit.
